This is charming.  The figure is really beautifully cast.  It is good quality, 19th century composite stone.  A lovely item.  I would just have the bird bath on its own and place on a table or wall or something.  We are selling for the same price with or without the pedestal in the picture.  It looks lovely on that too but does not need it, to my mind.  In great condition too.
